We find that, primarily, the accountants we serve require advice in regard to proposals upon which their clients intend to embark, and the legal, financial, corporate and taxation consequences of doing so.

Another type of advice required is in managing situations created by clients of those accountants and determining the optimal way of resolving those situations. Into this category fall business disputes between stakeholders in the same entity, or between entities, both of whom use the same accountant, or between the accountant’s client and a third party
