Costs incurred with Castle Legal Pty Ltd (“Castle Legal”) which require the legal expertise of its Director/Principal, Tim Browne, are calculated on an hourly rate in 6 minute blocks. Tim's charge out rate is $350 per hour (excluding GST). If we anticipate that our fee in the matter will exceed $750.00 (excluding GST and disbursements), at the time of instruction we will provide a Disclosure Statement and Costs Agreement.
Castle Legal uses the following Costs Agreement which covers the hourly rate and provides an estimate of the total costs likely to be incurred in the matter. If during the course of the matter, it appears that the costs will exceed our original estimate you will be notified in writing of that fact and provide you with a revised estimate.
