Jennifer Hamley, a Chartered Secretary with more than 20 years experience in corporate secretarial practice, is the founder of Castle Corporate.
Her business career started at AGC in 1980 where, after 10 months, she was given an interstate transfer – the first female in AGC’s history to have such a promotion conferred. She later joined an entrepreneurial group, acting as Company Secretary to about 100 companies, including three companies which listed during Jennifer’s involvement – Wyndham Estate Wines Limited, Budget Corporation Limited and Quadrax Investments Limited. She was also treasurer for many companies in the group, responsible for a loans portfolio of some $100 million.
Jennifer has a Science degree and is currently studying for a Law degree at Deakin University, which will enable a broader range of services to be offered to clients upon completion.
