Castle’s difference: Stamping of deeds included

Did you know that when you purchase a discretionary trust or unit trust from Castle, we provide a complimentary stamping service?

For many years, Castle has been given authority from the State Revenue Office of Victoria to stamp deeds in-house. The service is free for Castle deeds supplied to our clients and includes:

  • the return of your signed deeds to us via our complimentary courier service or post (if out of the Melbourne metropolitan area) – just use the envelope we provide with your paperwork, and
  • return delivery of the stamped deeds to you or your client.

This service is provided without cost in relation to deeds which Castle has prepared. If your deed was prepared by someone other than Castle, we charge a nominal fee of $55.

It is important to note that deeds should be stamped within 30 days of the execution date.
