Castle’s difference: Stamping of deeds included

Did you know that when you purchase a discretionary trust or unit trust from Castle, we provide a stamping service?

For many years, Castle has been given authority from the State Revenue Office of Victoria to stamp deeds in-house. This service includes:

  • the return of your signed deeds to us via our courier service or post (if out of the Melbourne metropolitan area) – just use the envelope we provide with your paperwork, and
  • return delivery of the stamped deeds to you or your client.

This service is provided for nominal fee of $55.

It is important to note that deeds should be stamped within 30 days of the execution date.
