We are pleased to provide you with our price list for the 2023/24 financial year. The majority of fees remain unchanged although some fees have had to be revisited. Those fees will particularly apply to:-
- The stamping of trust deeds. It is now an industry standard to apply an additional fee to this service. As you would appreciate, applying for the Duty Certificate and sending it to you does take time. Further, when hard copies of the deed are sent to us, there is a direct out-of-pocket cost to us of a little more than $20.00. Accordingly, there will be a new fee of $55.00 for stamping deeds sent to us electronically as from 1st July, 2023 and a new fee of $77.00 for stamping hard copies of trust deeds which need to be collected and returned to you.
