However, there are some restrictions that you need to be aware of when you are choosing a name.
The first thing you will need to do is check to see if there are any other companies or business names already registered with an identical name. You can search for the company name you want here.
In addition, it’s important to note that there are restrictions for some words or phrases being used in company names. We recommend downloading Schedule 6 – Availability of names from ASIC.
