ASIC and Consumer Affairs Victoria have announced their annual fee adjustments, which will come into effect next Tuesday, 1 July 2014. The change most likely to affect you is ASIC’s fee for registering a proprietary company, which has increased from $444 to $457.
You will be be pleased to know that we have again not raised our professional fees for our company, trust and super fund formation services. In fact, we have slightly decreased the fees for our company packages.
We wanted to remind you that from the 1st, common seals will no longer be included in our company packages – see article for further details.
Our new price lists can also be found below, and the prices on our website will be updated on the morning of 1 July.
